On our way to Door County and was on the look out for a Starbucks. Much to our delight, there was one at the Ryan Road (100) exit off of 94. VERY cheerful, pleasant and fun staff! Bathrooms were super clean (thank you!). Ordered my standard iced mocha, nonfat, no whip - scrumdilly (scrumptious and delicious)!!! Also ordered the low fat turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich - toasted hot and yummy! So glad we chose to stop at this Starbucks!

They seriously need to get their act together at this location. Ordered an iced coffee at 7:39 am. I finally got it at 7:47. They took care of drive thru only that entire time and I just stood there! All they have to do is pour pre-made coffee into a cup with ice! This is the second time this has happened here. I will save the frustration and go to the 27& college location from now on. They have their act together there.

This is a starbucks. It is nice in that it is right off the highway and 94 at Ryan Road. They have everything that any Starbucks has. Really, it is just like any other Starbucks and has a drive through so you don't even have to go in.

My drink was delicious! The service was pretty quick too. Only negative was just the cashier took about 10 seconds to notice me cause she was on her phone.

What is a trip anywhere without a stop at a Starbucks?! This Starbucks offers a drive thru for the patrons. In my personal opinion, I think this overworked the employees because while the barista was making my drink, he was also taking a drive thru order. The multi-tasking led to my drink being incorrectly made. But when I brought the mistake to someone's attention, they were very apologetic and corrected the problem immediately. They even let me keep the drink that was not what I had ordered (I ordered a white mocha and they gave me a regular mocha). The store is spacious with lots of seating and clean bathrooms. A perfect place for a coffee break.

How does one review Starbucks? We all know it's the McDonald-ization of the coffee world and whats to say about that? But...I'm a secret Starbucks junkie -- I even made it a point to visit the very first Starbucks ever in existence when I was in Seattle. Yep, I'm *that* girl. This particular SB location rocks my world though. On my way to work, I usually stop by a couple times each week. When the drive-thru was unusually slow one morning, they served my latte and banana bread on the house due to the nearly 10 minute wait. And that, my friends, is way freaking awesome. Anyone that gives me free stuff gets 5 stars -- no questions asked.

This newer Starbucks location serves the growth that Oak Creek and Franklin are experiencing in townhome and condo development; including my parent's recent relocation to the OC (Oak Creek). They have a drive through window for all of you needing your Bar drinks in a hurry or for those not willing to get out of your cars. I can't do SBUX drive throughs, as they never seem to get the sweet and milk right in my drip coffee, so I don't mind doing the park and order. Never a long line on my weekend visits to this location, and the Baristas and Staff are friendly and give top notch customer service! There's really not much other reason to review a chain location save for the three esses: Service, Selection, Speed. This location has it all, and more. I'm always greeted nicely before I'm asked for my order, their bean selection is good, store is clean and neat, and they move the line well! The day after Christmas I was in here to get a coffee for the road and some Christmas blend beans I had seen on sale just two days earlier. They were no longer on sale, but I didn't protest since I wanted them anyway. When I was rung up my total was mysteriously missing my tall coffee. I was also upgraded to a Grande as well. The employee said he had comped my coffee because the beans were just recently on sale, which was super nice, and Christmas-like! This location doesn't have many nooks or crannies for reading, studying or Wi-Fi'ing. They do have four easy chairs facing a table, which provides a great "work space" for more than one person. There always seems to be some type of community group or student group seated there, having a pow wow! For those traveling to and from Milwaukee this is also an easy on-off ramp situation, just due West of the Ryan Rd. exits on I-94!
